In this episode, Alex discusses Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC). Howard Hughes Corp is a company that was spun off from General Growth Properties in 2010 (Source: HHC History). It was originally created through the acquisition of undeveloped land purchased by early 20th century businessman Howard Hughes.  The company owns, manages, and develops commercial, residential, and hospitality operating properties in the United States.
